Wow...
We gave a proposal to Laney College student counsel regarding the day long summer ethnic music and dance festival in September.
It was very well received, and it looks like.... ITS A GO!!!
How cool.
We are expecting to have 5-8 acts performing throughout the day, with speakers dealing non-violence between sets (limited to 10 minutes)
This is going to be big... the venue is ideal.. it will be outside, by the river.. a very cool spot!
How fortunate we are to have such support for this project.. it will be a big deal.. details to come...
